Guest speaker Ash Thadani provided us with a good reminder about the importance of insurance, specially for business.
Insurance and finance is definitely not one of the sexiest topics but  is so important to the running of a successful business.
I speak from experience- when you are busy looking after your business, insurance can be one of those things you try to cut back on. However, if someone gets ill, especially a key person in your business- you can lose everything!

Luckily I had insurances to cover the common situations in business, so my trade business continued and prospered.
 

Not ony that- with the statistics we were provided with, there are definitely insurance benefits if you get ill yourself- to cover important things like your bills, housekeeping etc.

We'd all like to keep our head in the sand and hope it won't happen to us but sadly it does and the smart ones do something about it.
Amazing to know we had the instant knowledge surrounding us on finance, merchant facilities, insurance, inverstments and transition to retirement-  and thank you for the goody bags full of useful items for the home and business.
