"How to Charge what you're Worth & Get it"

Our guest speaker for this brunch was Kathleen Ann CEO of Power Up your Marketing.

Kathleen gave us some of her background and described the most common pitfalls that most small service based business owners do....charge per hour.

As most people are already undercharging per hour- this then leads to a price war that leads to most people undercharging.

Kathleen's reminder about positioning your business as the expert- and then offering different price point packages based on results and outcomes was a great reminder to small business owners that most clients and customers do not really care about the processes- just the results. This also helps then to stoop price comparison as we all have our own process in creating and supplying from our businesses. If we streamline and become the expert in our fields we become the one that others will follow.

It was great to see some familiar faces that haven't been to Inspiring Women for awhile as well as the new faces who turned up- welcome old & new!

Our wish board was in force again with all wishes having someone's details against them who said they could help! Great to see all the networking in the room!
