Well Anick said she was a "joy activator" and judging by everyone's smiles, she injected joy into the room!

Whether it was her contagious enthusiasm for her subject, her gorgeous accent ( Allo Allo anyone?), her timely reminders about connecting, listening, communicating and taking joy and spreading it around, we all were smiling at the end of her talk and loving every second of it.

Personally I'd love to hear some of her personal stories in much more detail, hearing about her sailing experiences as a young lady, I'm sure there are quite a few tales Anick could tell. It's always exciting to hear how someone stepped out of their comfort zone and experienced the highs and lows of living on the edge.

Feedback from the lunch was the the ladies enjoyed her bright & vibrant personality, she was humerous, informative and delivered with passion. what more could you ask for?

As we are officially 1/2 way through the year & people are beginning to tire, Anick's presentation was exactly what many ladies needed to hear and the shot in arm needed to lift their day.
