What a way to start the day!
Guest speaker, Patrick Moore told a very personal story from a man's perspective of what happens when, no matter how successful you are, life can go horribly wrong.
Patrick is a former lawyer, stuntman and martial arts expert who not only know how important it is to have physical fitness but also emotional and mental fitness. Good mental thinking habits!
Patrick's story of how he realised this often neglected side of our lives can affect us no matter who are was an eye opening story. We are used to being told what doctors think we should do, however to hear it from someone who experienced it himself and what we can do about it was an uplifting and positive experience.
Patrick made sure we knew about putting our lives into action by making us get off our butts and showing us a move or two!

It's a bit of an unknown for some people, and it's a first in this area.
The forum is about finding inner strength in 3 areas:
1. Mental Fitness (opting for optimism and getting through tough times)
2. Assertive Fitness (speaking up)
3. Fighting Fit (the art of staying in shape for life)
